holes

A hole is an opening in or through a particular medium, usually a solid body. Holes occur through natural and artificial processes, and may be useful for various purposes, or may represent a problem needing to be addressed in many fields of engineering. Depending on the material and the placement, a hole may be an indentation in a surface (such as a hole in the ground), or may pass completely through that surface (such as a hole created by a hole puncher in a piece of paper). In engineering, a hole may be blind or through if it is partial or complete depth.

    Repairing holes in tiles

    Hi all, If i am asking in wrong forum apologies, just wondered, i have removed and replaced customers whb and there are unfortuantely two holes where old fixings used to be, any ideas on making good these unsightly holes in white tiles? Other than pumping silicone in there:)

    Hi guys, never new that some baths come with no tap holes, can only find a 1600mm bath with no holes, anyone recommend a safe method and tool for drilling the required dia in a 2.5mm steel bath, advice much appreciated,cheers.

    May I introduce my girlfriend... No but seriously... Bath leg brakcets being shown being tightened into place by fixing screw. Holes visible just above on all legs...for what purpose? In diagram it looked like those holes were where the screws should pass through for fixing ...but then the...

    I have never had to work on a bath that has 3 holes on the side. It has the middle with a spout coming out of it, and either side for the levers, i have never had to work on a bath like this, but already know the bath will have to come away from the wall for me to get to it. Is there a mixer...

    Drilling holes in bath for taps

    Hello I have to drill some holes for a mixer tap in a plastic bath, which is a first for me. I have only got a bog standard hole drill set. Does anyone have any advice for doing this job?

    Drilling holes in tiles

    I'm a tiler by trade and if any of you guys need to drill holes through any type of tiles use drills supplied by 365 DRILLS they are brilliant, even the hardest porcelain tiles, check them out.
