Any one got any recommendations, for a boiler fault finding book for a newly qualified gas engineer wanting to learn more about boiler break downs. Thanks.

I know this is probably old fashioned and boring but I always think you're better off putting the effort into understanding how things work. That way, the answer seems more obvious to you when something is not working. Does that make sense?

Can anyone recommend a decent multi meter, preferably under a 100 pounds. It's for checking boiler components so I don't need a top spec one ....just easy to use and reliable. The fluke 115 looks good but its above my budget. My current socket and see one was great but it's developed a fault.
