Created a thread earlier, and was advised to post in here.

- Receiving minimal hot water throughout the house (kitchen and bathroom), just a trickle before stopping altogether.
- Cold water tank in bathroom cupboard is virtually empty.

Have been told it's a ball valve problem, looking for someone to diagnose and repair.
