any of you guys worked in above recently installing a broag?.
got called to a former hotel in nottingham today by the owner to quote for heating pack install into a 3 bed flat, 1st floor. the customer has no specifics to boiler choice or price on a 6 rad system but wants a labour only and materials price seperate.
the building to contain around 12 flats.
the whole place had been wet plumbed 1st fix and some flats have heating systems fitted including the broag to ground floor allready?!.
me alarm bells are ringing, something going on?.
