Had an accident this week sliced my hand open. This wouldn' of happened if I had gloves on .
So who wears these when doing install work ?

I do normally mechanics

I wear them 50% of the time, always in my pocket when not wearing them.

If you get into the habit they are a brilliant, I use handmax ones around £1 a pair

Black mamba for oil work. Nothing for installs and bathrooms.

Nitrile more often than not. Proper gloves when working with anything that might be sharp.

Black mamba disposables when working on filth. Otherwise no gloves unless it's cold and I'm working outside. I don't mind getting my hands dirty with anything other than kerosene or poop.

Hopefully you didn't slice your hand that bad. I usually wear gloves when doing installs or bigger repairs but when it come to fiddly stuff then not.
