Hi does any one recommend the above courses or is it just basic stuff you should know already but your just paying for the privilege of a certificate. Would be keen to look at some of the notes on them if any body has some.

Many thanks

are you a "Time Served Plumber" who has done full training? thats the problem you should know the stuff, but unless you do the course you wont know about it, as a plumber i enjoy teaching the water regs course as we dont do it that often, and i love all the so called plumbers, who dont have a scooby do about what the regs are and when they realise some of the work they are doing is so wrong its funny/scary, i have done the water regs course with Gas Foundation guys as well who were only really interested in doing gas but when they realised what was actually involved in "only plumbing" :2guns:they realised how wrong they were, and how skilled and intense my trade is, TBH Energy Efficiency training is a slow day, but there are some useful points in it, but not sure if anyone who has paid for the privilege of getting their cert and doing things properly will be keen on giving you all the notes they paid for just to save you time, cash and effort
