vokera compact 28 problem ?

boiler is fitted upstairs cupboard
radiaters first floor heat up ok
ground floor rads cold
this is strange
when I run a bath the pressure in boiler drops
and I need to top up
never came across this before

money tight just now had an engineer look at today he was not to sure what was wrong?

Cheap boiler expensive part not worth spending money on.

Try getting a one off repair from a big provider if things are tight.

The part you need in about 300 quid ,and unless you fit another part to the cold water feed to the boiler it could happen again ..New boiler.

I am a heating engineer pipefitter would not and do not take casings off combi boilers never have and never will I work on industrial boilers
