When DHW is on a strong loud viabration comes and goes for periods of around ten seconds.
Runs OK though, no warning codes, two years old and no other problems till now.
All help appreciated, thanks.

Well I'd stab a guess at it being under-gassed! Does it happen pretty soon after turning a tap on then disappear? Do you have to wait a long time B4 it vibrates? And do you ever hear it when the Central heating is on? A bit more info may help, but if you're concerned get yourself a GSEngineers to have a look at it!

I think you are very clever! I have this property for students and recently we went to meter payment with a pre paid key. I suspect you are right that there is no money on the gas card? will let you know.
Thank you!
