I have got a heating system to fit in the bar of a sports club, basically one big room. There is going to be 5 rads. I know normally you don't fit a TRV on the rad in the same room as the stat but with a large open plan area what are the regs?

Thanks for the link, I cant find any specific in there to answer the question though. I was intending on fitting them, but possibly leaving the two off closest to the room stat position. If anyone else has done anything similar it would be helpful to know what you did.

What is Part L2 A&B then vern ? The link is to the non-domestic heating compliance guide, thought that it would cover this install (although don't know if a new boiler is going in?)

You could use wireless programmable TRV's - that way the rads can actually call the boiler for heat if they need it and effectively put the room on it's own unique timed zone.
