Hi guys just wondered if anyone had any experience with these,i have a 12kw trianco heat pump not even 3 years old and the casing is corroding quite badly,i live in the shetland islands so its a very exposed enviroment but still wouldn't be expecting the unit to be looking so bad in such a short time!
I phoned the company but as mine was bought before they went bust they say i have no comeback(the company was taken over)
the house was built by local firm but when i spoke to them they reckoned id have to take it up with the manufacturer
any feed back would be much appreciaed!

to be honest i dont think you should be needing to paint a heat pump not even 3 years old plus this would involve stripping the panels/grids off,was really hoping to see if anybody else had had problems with corrosion on them? if its a common problem with the make?

If the manufacturer is no longer in business you're flogging a dead horse though. I agree it's not right but why stress yourself out over something you can't resolve?

The company was taken over therefore i am trying to persue this so am keen to find out if there is any similar complaints

Hi, basic question, any insight much appreciated. Looking to have an outdoor tap in my front porch fed from 15mm pex coming up from suspended floor. Pic 1 is inside porch, pex temporarily clipped to give an idea of pipe placement (ignore shoddy blockwork of booted cowboy builder!), Pic 2 is...
