Thought I'd start a thread with any decent special offers that anyone's found at their merchants so we can all make use of it.

Just about to fit a Bristan Solo bar mixer shower for £75 from PTS.

Decent price for a named shower.

Couple of ones from Plumb Center, Mira Sport 9kw £155, Mira Excel EV Chrome £267, Mira Vie 8.5kw £84. Also like the rad packs, I get em with the oil combi's even if I don't need the rads. Can get £600 to £700 worth of rads for £200, plus 6 bulldog trv's with lock shields and 1 manual set.

Grundfoss 25/60 (to replace 15/60) for £42 + vat from heating world of spares.

Can anyone recommend a decent multi meter, preferably under a 100 pounds. It's for checking boiler components so I don't need a top spec one ....just easy to use and reliable. The fluke 115 looks good but its above my budget. My current socket and see one was great but it's developed a fault.

Hi, Can anyone advise as to why the cold water to my bathroom keeps airlocking? This originally happened about 12 months ago and has happened 3-4 times since. It’s an upstairs bathroom, fed from a tank in the attic. The tank is about 8 Meters away and feeds a bath, sink and toilet. The tank...
