Can i connect upto a soil stack below ground i am fitting a downstairs loo and the soil stack is on the opposit side of the house and i have soilid floors

Do you mean connect the the drain not the stack itself? Yes but be careful, you will probably need a stub stack for the loo. Make sure you follow building regs. It is notifiable to building control.

yes sorry into the drain, how high does the stub stack have to be and do i need to put a AAV on it or just a access cap

It has to be above the level of the highest appliance (usually a basin). You need AAV. It's all in the Building Regs.
