Was out tonight to help a mate shift some carp for a pending house move.
Was late so unleashed the ponies.

Then.....

My van resembled a ww2 destroyer smoke screen out the rear mirror.
Black acrid smoke followed by a deep tap tap tap tap and upon lifting the bonnet of my ford transit 2.2 duratorq i was greeted with oil everywhere.

Now im gonna stop the story here - there is more to it after but all you petrol heads come and have a guess what happened and then I'll conclude what happened next [emoji6] [emoji106] [emoji90] [emoji90] [emoji90]

Im watching this thread and when it gets to errrrrr 10 posts I'll chime in again if no ones close.
Its a common 2.2 tranny prob for what its worth !!!
