flat pack

went to a site/home 3 days ago .
this is what ive seen,
1, 250ltrs unvented tank on old ceiling trustees, with no bearing wall under it.
2, 40mm waste to 50mm to 40mm to 50mm about 10meters long with a bad fall
3, no clip on poly pipe 22mm just floating on insulation waiting for water hammer
4, 10mtrs of 22mm condense pipe in concrete 6mtrs of this was out side
insulated ,but connected to the rwp
5 flue pipe leaning one then the next way , then being hidden in ceiling
void
6 waste cleaning eye upside down

the house has been pull up by the building control , total of around 80 points.the numbers above 1/2/3/5/6 are not listed.

what would you do say nothing or? :eek:
 
You probably have a lot more experience than me but...
I would report all these items to whoever you are reporting to (I.E. whoever called you in), cover your back. If you report them it is their choice wether to pay to have them rectified or not, but they can't then turn round later when the tank falls through the ceiling or somesuch and blame you as the last person in, as you will have proof you advised these things be fixed.
