Scaffold yay or nay....

Let’s take it as 3m a floor 3 floors so 9m - 10 m roughly in height so yes

Where would you set up a cherry picker, is there flat solid ground anywhere near as I wouldn't dare put it on the grass.

Mainly on the path there but will put ply boards down on the grass where the stabilizers go
