Thinking of employing a salesman,anyone have one?
pay them set rate?
bonus?
percentige?
new to me, want to pay a fair wage with insentive,

want a person who will be ok with custard and not bull them, but can maximise leads.

thoughts
 
You must be doing well mate.

Low hourly rate with commission is the norm I believe
 
Are you big enough to afford one? Is it an overhead you can cope with?
 
you got to be going some to want a salesman, me I'd have a team of good workers and come off the tools myself if I felt a salesman was needed, after all if you started the business fm scratch you must be the best salesman for that company already.
