I have just had my question, which was asked honestly and in good faith, closed unceremoniously by someone who accused me of "fishing" instead of calling an engineer. The accused should be allowed right of appeal, especially when injustice is so obvious. Not sure what "fishing" refers to but I have every intention of calling an engineer. As I already said, they have been twice but the fault can't be reproduced at will. I just wanted advice before they come again. If that is a misuse of this forum, I apologise. But isn't that what it is for?
