Have fitted an unvented cylinder, when up to temperature and you open a tap the pipe work vibrates and is noisey! Have tried loads of things and am starting to think it could be simply the tap, haven't checked yet. Any one had a similar problem or ideas it might help, think its over pressurising or getting too hot, but checked expansion vessel etc

The pipe work is all clipped, but I don't know about under the floor, however I'm more interested in why it's shaking in the first place, been to plenty of ball valves that shake the house down when faulty, wondered if the tap washer could cause this, if not its overpressuring or getting too hot which is a problem.
