Hello

Does anyone know of any approved Woodstove fitters around the Lancashire area, who could fit a flue liner for a reasonable price?

I've tried the HETAS website for installers, prices seem to vary from £800 - £1000 which seems a bit steep.

I dont mind buying the full flue liner kit, enclosure plate etc, if someone could fit it for a fair price.

Thanks

£1000 is a good price. Important to ensure good quality liner, 904/904, and insulate. If chimney is pre 1970 expect it to be unlined and, if not straight, build up of mortar at bend may require breaking into chimney brest, making good and replastering. Pulling pig through chimney will forewarn of likely problems.
