When carrying out a non domestic purge-with nitrogen and test etc is the requirement for 2 equally qualified engineers both to have their non domestic testing and purging.
Always told on the courses this is a requirement but cant find this written in regs
 
No only need 1 qualified as he’s the one whose done the calcs and purge rates etc
