Hi all, really need a suggestion.. We recently bought this house and started seeing drain backflow issues when using washing machine into the kitchen,with continuous usage of Mr Muscle it was good for a couple of weeks later we had major backflow issue and kitchen flooding when we use sink/dishwasher/washing machine. A professional drain cleaning company vaccumed and charged us about £700, just for the problem to repeat within 20 days. Now another professional checked this and says the gully is placed inside the property and must be moved outside the property and left us a quote of £4000 for this 2 day job. My question is, Is it really so costly to change the gully from inside to outside the property just a wall in between.
