Need plumber in Fife - no one returns calls!

You wouldn't think we're in a recession! I've called three plumbers. Not one of them have called back!

Not a big job. Need a radiator moved and a toilet looked at. There isn't a blockage, just isn't working. Also would like some advice/work if needed on the very low pressure my house seems to have.
