Hi,

I have this shower fitted in my en suite. It's stopped working/responding entirely.

It was working then mid-shower it stopped and both buttons now flash slowly and don't respond to being pressed or held in any combination I've tried.

I'm after some help identifying the part so I can find out if I can fix/replace it or if I need to get a professional in to sort it.

Thanks in advance!

Have you tried looking at the instructions under fault as it should tell you what’s the flashing for ?

Aqualisa Quartz shower. That part is just the control - it has a pcb directly behind the buttons. Very easy to replace that entire control - just a single screw on base and a plug in cable.
But the Processor (main part of shower, remotely installed usually in attic or a cupboard) might be faulty and is expensive.
There are different models for combi boiler or gravity fed systems.

Hi, Can anyone advise as to why the cold water to my bathroom keeps airlocking? This originally happened about 12 months ago and has happened 3-4 times since. It’s an upstairs bathroom, fed from a tank in the attic. The tank is about 8 Meters away and feeds a bath, sink and toilet. The tank...

We run a community village hall and have a large kitchen provided for the use of hirers. This includes a Lincat SLR9 gas cooker which I believe is a 23.8Kw appliance with all six burners and oven on max. This was installed some 10 years ago and has passed all subsequent Gas Safety inspections as...
