Surprised to see the build up on this Magna clean on a routine service today

Let me guess:

Customer had new boiler fitted to their vented system five years ago, didn't pay for a power flush and this is the first service since then. You have recommended a system flush and sealing the system but they said 'no'.

Am I close?
