LPG Classic pilot problem

I have got to go back out to a LPG Ideal classic tomorrow that the pilot injector keeps blocking up.

I clean it out it lasts for about 8-9 months and then it happens again.

Why would this keep happening I know the injector is smaller but I deal with a couple and this is the only 1 that I have to keep doing it.

Could be a problem with the gas. I had problems some years ago with a water heater. The customer was using cheap gas and there were a lot of heavy ends in the bottles.
