My boiler is not giving me hot water, but does seem to provide heat. I am wondering if its worth replacing the system boiler. I have 3 bedrooms, but perhaps may need a quote first.

You say you have a system boiler? In which case if you're not getting hot water then the chances are its a relatively cheap and easy fix.
On the other hand if you want to upgrade your whole system and are happy to spend the money then fair enough.
