Landlord Gas safety check. Operating pressure

Well I'll be doing operating pressures from now on then. Save me having to wrestle with the beasties that are always lurking in the metre boxes

I thought most new boilers have zero governor's now so you can't get an operating pressure just an inlet pressure?

I'm not sure I was always told to do a gas rate on an appliance with a zero gov rather than burner pressures
