Hello. Can anyone tell me what its called or where I can get a spanner that fits the plastic/metal locknut for fitting the waste under a kitchen sink? Or what do you use? Thank you
 
You talking about the actual waste here? If so, use your hand to tighten then give it a nip up with a big pair of grips. If you're talking about the back nuts on the taps then an adjustable tap spanner.
