I have a vanity basin and concealed cistern toilet to install. In place if a wall hung basin and toilet in a down stairs cloak room. The only problem is it's a tiled floor and the original toilet has been fit then tiled around. So when I remove they'll be a hole in the floor tiling. The new toilet will unlikely cover this hole, even if I screeded over the hole to bring level with the tiles. Any ideas how to get over this without removing all the old floor tiles and the tilling. I don't think there is. Thank you

This is the pan. Kind of worried if will disturb other tiles then removed.

To not disturb the tiles I find it best to remove the pan with a hammer! Few hits around pedestal part and the bowl should come away it large pieces, then tap the pedestal part from the outside towards the centre and it should come out in lots of small pieces without loosening any tiles.
If the outline of the new pan is sufficiently large, it’s not necessary to screed in where there’s no tile - as the pan only bears on its perimeter anyway.
