Honeywell ST699 switching fault

Honetwell St699, will switch on in once mode at desired time but won't switch off at desired time will just continue, any ideas would help greatly

New prog it’s a know fault just replaced 3 this week due to the other way round eg wouldn’t turn on

No as the 699 has an integral backplate but same wiring eg 3 and 4
