honeywell ST6400c programmer hot water turns its self on, without being requested to? any suggestions?

that honeywell stuff is damed clever,is the light coming on the clock on hot water side or is the water coming on without showing on clock
what boiler do you have?,could be maybe hot water motorised valve sticking on maybe,a faulty frost thermostat
