Hi all,

Further to my last post, I'm very keen to find a gas safe plumber close to me who I can pass gas work too in exchange for them letting me work under their supervision to complete my portfolio. They can have the money for the job as long as I'm getting portfolio experience.

I have an established business in Lincoln and we get asked about gas work fairly regularly. Just had a quote request come in for a boiler swap tonight.

I'm hoping there's a gas fitter out there locally who could use some more work and I could get the experience & portfolio I need this way. I know there's an argument that it's not good to train competition, but hopefully the money side will sort that out.

I'm an experienced plumber with a good work ethic and obviously I run my own successful plumbing business. I have a basic understanding of thermofluids and gas equations and that's about it at the moment. I've also got my full C&G 2391-10 electrical inspection and testing qualifications and test meter so perhaps it could be a profitable business relationship both ways as I can do domestic and smaller commercial electrical work too (registered with the NICEIC).

Hope to hear back from someone!

Hope no one minds me giving this one a quick bump up.

If you get stuck Keiran and you can get digs down south I'd be happy to help anyway I can.
