Went out to the above boiler and it looks that the plastic 'tray / sump ' on the bottom of the heat engine is leaking. Parts specialists couldn't tell me if the plastic part is a separate item or part of the engine. After 16 mins sat on the phone to try and get through to Glowworm, l lost the will to live and gave up. Hoping someone has come across this before and can help ?
