Glow worm Ultracom 30cx combi.

Was unable to set boiler into min or max rate in order to check/set co2 readings.
MIs say press reset button then quickly press and hold the "+" button until "Hi" is displayed, but there is no "+" button on the user control?? Took off the back of the control panel to look for potentiometers but there were none, only the back of the heating potentiometer??

Analysed it it on hot water and co2 was 9.2, ratio-0.0007 so all good but am at a loss as how to check on min and max rates??

anybody else come across this?
cheers.
