Gettting CH but not HW

Hi
I have a Ideal Combi 35 boiler, we are getting CH but not HW. I have been looking around and seem to think it’s the diverter valve.
Any suggestions would be great fully appreciated.

Only suggestion you’ll get my friend is to get a gas safe engineer out as you cannot work on the boiler unless qualified.

Most likely but it could also be a few other thinks as well, it is inside the boiler so you will need the services of a Gas Safe boiler repairer.

I thought soo, was just checking to see if it could be anything else before getting an engineer out.

You need a gas safe registered engineer to take a look, try a one man band type local guy, it’s more than likely a straightforward fix.
