Friends

If anyone is gas safe and wants to do a job in Langley, Slough please contact me ASAP.

Ther'es a Potterton Promax HE plus boiler that wont fire up.

The story is my custard drilled a hole through a heating pipe and the system went all over his living room carpet!! lol!!!

Anyway, i fixed the pipe with a push fit part advised on here.

Now there is no hot water or CH from the timer, the timer is fine, I've set it up and the boiler clicks on when its in demand but no fire! Theres no pilot light anbd I have no idea how to start it or even whether I should so Ive left it. There is a reset button that you can hear click but still nowt!!

He's got immersion hot water so no urgency.

I bled all radiators today. All OK.

When you put the CH on from the timer the pump upstairs is making a bit of a noise. Not sure why??

It may be a simple fix or not but if someone can help me and him I'd be grateful. I'd like to go to the job with someone to see whats going on also if that's OK but what ever the charge is yours.

He's a decent chap but Ive had a rumble with his wife before and told him she's rude, she's OK to me now!

Any takers please?

Hi. I'm having some issues with my boiler / central heating and have enlisted a local 'Combi Heating Specialist' to sort it out but he seems to be making things worse. I really need another expert's opinion, to put my mind at rest, or help me make the decision to stop using his services. I...
