:)Can anyone advise me; I want to move my soil stack from inside to outside. This would mean drilling a 100mm hole through a pier wall 'for waste & vent pipe'. The house is a concrete block 1960's built house with cladding. The pier is 300mm block pier between a window and exterior door, with a single lintel over them both. Will this weaken the structure, and or do I need to involve building control?
