What is this test for? What pressure differences are you testing and from what boiler component?

Older vaillants have the combustion pressure test point too. Using both this and burner pressure gives you more accurate reading.
 
So if I were to get a new anton, it's worth getting the evo2 which can do differential pressure, as the evo1 can't...?
 
Don't drop your anton I found out today if you do it will break!
