Hi all I use a laptop for work fir gas cents ect ect

is there a program that I can use to book jobs in, a diary type thing? I'm using a paper diary ATM but want to move over so it's all on my laptop

Google Calendar for appts, GQueues for task list/reminders, integrated to desktop, iPhone and Ipad. (I use CalendarGoo app for the last two, which integrates perfectly with Google calendars).

Without these tools, my life would grind to a halt!
