Is it best practise to upgrade to 1.1/4 or 1.1/2 on exterior? Or does it make no difference?
 
Imo i dont see any reason to enlarge pipe more than 32mm as long as it is installed right as it is only to prevent a block should freezing occur
 
Thanks glenno1. I've seen it in both sizes do thought I'd see which was best.
 
I always go 1 1/2" and thats purely because I tend to carry more 1 1/2" gear in the van.
 
makes no real difference costwise, plastic is peanut money anyway.
