condensate options

hello all,

installing a boiler on second floor flat. boiler on one side of kitchen, sink and drainage is on the other. route very difficult to achieve without moving kitchen units.

i thought of using a flexible plastic pipe to help routing, what kind of flexible pipes do u suggest?

i'll start it off

1-garden hose pipe?
2-washing machine drainage hose
