This sounds mad, but I saw on one of those program's where trade guys give tips. A locksmith said that rubbing the 'lead' from a pencil on the key works well as a dry lubricant. Give it a shot
Yep pencil lead or graphite which is what it actually is. Graphite is often used as a lubricant. Its also used as the packing gland in stopcocks and other valves.
 
Don't use wd40 it can carbonise the lock. Had same problem on my old van and eventually had to get aa to remove barrel and had to Hotwire it every time
