Can’t remove these sink taps

Morning all, struggling to get these taps off - no screws that I can see and cap doesn’t seem to want to pop off. Concerned I’m going to damage them if I force them. Any ideas ?

I'll guess that the chrome cap unscrews

Or does the shroud hold the head on, so the shroud needs to be unscrewed?

Thanks the chrome cap did screw off eventually, rubber gloves helped ! Now on to stop the drips
