Hello experts, desperately looking for some help/advice.

I have a problem with a C & M Calydra Comfort 28 FF combi, the DHW works flawlessly however the central heating does not work. There are no error lights (leds) on the dash indicating any problems therefore I don´t really know what could be preventing the central heat from starting. I have changed the thermostat, drained the heating circuit, and reset the boiler, however the problem persists. I have also placed the boiler in heating mode (with DHW off) and the same... no central heating.

¿Is there a way to test if its the PCB or the 3 way valve? or something else... The boiler does not make any attempt to start when the central heating thermostat is turned on.

Thanks in advance for your help,
greetings from Madrid.

You'll need an engineer with the relevant spanish gas qualifications to look at it.

Hello, I am seeking some advice, I have a POTTERTON PROMAX 28 COMBI Boiler and I noticed yesterday that the water around the house is no longer warming up. The heat exchanger has been changed 6 months ago, so I do not believe it is that. Does anyone have any ideas on what it could be? Thanks

We run a community village hall and have a large kitchen provided for the use of hirers. This includes a Lincat SLR9 gas cooker which I believe is a 23.8Kw appliance with all six burners and oven on max. This was installed some 10 years ago and has passed all subsequent Gas Safety inspections as...
