Hey,
I've been asked to do a renovation job where they want the new boiler and unvented to go in the basement. My issue on having them down there is gettin the prv/trv pipework to the outside. Is there a way it can be done?

Officially no

If you have no drain down there.....

There is not a pump on the market that can stay idle for years and then pump liquids at such possible high temps, maybe even steam :(
