Does anyone know what model of Baxi combi are usually fitted in new builds?
There is a big new estate near me, half has Ideal Logic boilers and the other half has Baxi.
I have been servicing a few of the Logic half and now the Baxi side is coming up to a year old so trying to do a bit of research so I can get a foot in

whatever was the cheapest at the time of purchase normally!.

hazard a guess..duotec or main 25eco?

i would guess (80%) duos prob 28 hea

I was thinking Maineco, I have never seen one in the flesh

If you are kitted out with you branded workwear, you can wonder over to the other side of the estate, knock on the door and say you're repairing boiler 'over there' but their toiledt is not working, then after toilet, ask to see their boiler - out of interest:)

then wait for the rozzers on way out after having 'scanned' the gaff! lol

Could be the duotec ga as i believe baxi started marketibg them towards sites and contracts
