Baxis in new builds

Does anyone know what model of Baxi combi are usually fitted in new builds?
There is a big new estate near me, half has Ideal Logic boilers and the other half has Baxi.
I have been servicing a few of the Logic half and now the Baxi side is coming up to a year old so trying to do a bit of research so I can get a foot in :clap:

If you are kitted out with you branded workwear, you can wonder over to the other side of the estate, knock on the door and say you're repairing boiler 'over there' but their toiledt is not working, then after toilet, ask to see their boiler - out of interest

Could be the duotec ga as i believe baxi started marketibg them towards sites and contracts

Probably netatec ga's. My last site I fitted 30 odd.

+1 for GA.

They were heavily marketed to new build because they use zero gas.

Fitted 130 GA's on new build last year make sure you bring a gas valve with you when servicing
