Yeah, I saw his flag. Thats where his IP is geolocated to, I'm not in Spain for example.

Americans seem to have entirely different manufacturers/standards etc.

Sorry. Installed in the US. Here is a better photo. The cartridge needs replacing, and if I can't identify the manufacturer, the plumber will need to open up the wall behind and replace the whole valve.
