Has anybody got the new shape vivaro/traffic and could give me a honest review?

I have had it with my transit custom and fords disgraceful customer service

What's wrong with the transit ? Just about to buy one

Engine is sluggish and rubbish low down in the revs, I have the 120bhp version. Been back to Ford 6 times with different faults. The final straw is lumpy idle when cold which they won't fix under warranty. Say it's normal. Customer service is horrendous.

What year and mileage mate, you had it from new?

Had it from 8 months old. 45k never thrashed it. Maybe mine is just a bad one. The engine is horrendous for a 2.2 nothing like my old vivaro. Sluggish low down always feel like you need to drop a gear. Gives about 32mpg around the doors with ladders on roof so don't think he mpg is to bad really

I'm not saying they are all bad, but my experience with there customer care is what has really put me off tbh

Couple of bottles of diesel Red X in the tank and stay in high revs for a blast?

Sorted my morning start up smoking Vito out.

Lets see if gas man has any ideas on it.

engines the same as my relay, though my vans bigger, same 120 bhp and mines quite nippy, would say its definitely something wrong with it there is some sort of valve that can fail, scv i think but the transit forums have more info on it ,lumpy idle wise, cant say mine does that ,in regards to the vivaro the new shape,2 lads i know have them they both say the gearbox is horrible in use ,both owned the vans from new

Out of 4 company vans 3 have been rubbish, total loss of power and no servo brakes whilst on motorway with one and another failed at low speed, central locking unlocking, Bluetooth phone problems amongst others, the older one has been trouble free though.

I was stupid enough not to check the position of the pipes under the tiles when installing a toilet and drilled right through the center of a 16 mm copper water pipe. I exposed the pipe by removing a ~30cm section of the plastic sleeve and a ~10 cm section of the pipe around the hole. Several...
