Have recently lost a job, that the customer wanted me to install. Due to not being able to provide finance. I dont want to get into the providing of,/ more a 3rd party to provide the customer then i get paid.

Look at the bright side - at least you were informed of their financial status prior to starting the job.

Far better situation than completing the job and finding out afterwards.

cheers sherlock now see if we can find a 3rd party financier
one step forward is better than what i know

Tell the customer to sort their own blooming finances out. If they want a job doing they can do it. IMO not a plumbers job.

I have a little card reader and last week after a customer paid she she told me she went with me not because I was the cheapest but because I could take card payment as she paid me on a credit card so I got paid but its then up to her to sort her own financial situation out

Hi all. Hope you have all been keeping well. A while back I decided I only wanted to fit one brand of boiler and decided on Viessmann due to space for servicing and changing parts if ever needing to. I am finding my decision rather hard due to the different clearances on flue runs and cupboards...
