I cant remove the blanking cap on cold water supply 15mm pipe, any ideas?

This is propably a stupid question but i cant seem to figure it out, thanks in advance!

what sort of cap is it? plastic or metal pushfit or compression or soldered on.

probably a plastic one that needs the release ring holding in to release some need a special tool but can be done with small screwdriver

Can you link over a picture of what it is you have? Or email a picture to one of the guys.

Won't let me upload a picture but it is plastic and won't seem to twist off or compress but looks like it might do with enough force, hers a link of the pic

it's a jg speedfit one

push it onto the pipe and pull the ring into it it will then pull off. best to release pressure in pipe before removing or it will go flying that's if you can get it off.
